The August Premiere on Film Row (filmrowokc on both Twitter and Facebook) has come and gone – but what a beautiful way to celebrate the month.
The weather was absolutely gorgeous and it felt like it was a San Diego evening on the beach. It was – by far – the busiest #premiereokc event that Film Row has had this year. The DC on Film Row patio and courtyard were packed. I am sure many folks were lulled into the space by the sweet sounds of The Howard Brady Band – one of OKC’s most rockin bands.
We were also extremely lucky to have Mike Jones – from OKC’s City Manager’s Office and the creative director at Scissortail Creative stop by and put his creative photography abilities to work. All of the images on this post were taken by Mike (in his capacity with the OKC City Manager’s Office) and we are pleased to be able to use the images here. Thanks Mike and OKC!
The Premiere event will be held every month on the third Friday. It is extremely family friendly and we hope everyone in OKC will stop by each month – make sure you say hello to Julie Oseland and give her a high-five. We couldn’t do it each month without her.
A little music from The Howard Brady Band to bring back memories of Friday night or to entice you to stop by the next time they play in OKC.
